In collaboration with Bella Prana Collective, Mya hosts weekly classes.
This class slows the traditional flowing, linked postures (vinyasas), allowing you to properly and safely align the body and to let the breath initiate the pose. Grounding postures coupled with mindful meditation and prāṇayama begin the journey within. Close with a final relaxation, often with a short guided meditation. This all-levels class is designed to both de-stress and challenge the body and mind. Perfect for those who wish to better understand Vinyasa Flow at a mindful pace or for more seasoned practitioners to refresh their understanding of the postures and boost their practice by perhaps experiencing the classic postures in a new way. All levels are welcome.
