By accessing this site or participating in offerings, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using the site or services.

Services & Offerings

Meeyogi provides yoga instruction, meditation, sound healing, wellness education, events, retreats and related content for educational and wellness purposes only.

All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled or canceled at Meeyogi’s discretion.

Health Disclaimer

Participation in yoga, meditation, breath-work, sound healing, or wellness practices involves physical and mental activity.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness practice

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk

  • Meeyogi is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Listen to your body. Modify as needed. Rest is allowed.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Refunds, transfers or credits are subject to the specific policy outlined for each offering

  • Missed classes, sessions or events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Retreat-specific cancellation policies will be clearly communicated prior to booking

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, videos, audio, graphics, logos and written materials) is the property of Meeyogi and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission. Sharing with credit is appreciated. Copying without consent is not.

User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Disrupt the functionality or security of the site

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others within Meeyogi spaces (online or in-person)

Sacred space rules apply both digitally and energetically.

Photo & Video Release Clause

Effective Date: January 2026

By participating in any Meeyogi classes, workshops, events, retreats, or experiences (both in-person and virtual), you acknowledge and agree to the following Photo & Video Release terms:

Photo & Video Consent

You grant Meeyogi the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice and participation during Meeyogi offerings.

This content may be used for:

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Website and social media content

  • Educational materials

  • Advertising, press or digital media

This usage may occur in any format or medium now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.

Ownership & Rights

All photos, videos and recordings are the sole property of Meeyogi. You waive any right to inspect, approve or receive compensation for the use of such media.

Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to:

  • Notify Meeyogi in writing before the start of the event, class, or session, and/or

  • Make yourself known to the facilitator on-site

We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all background or group footage.

No Expectation of Privacy

You acknowledge that Meeyogi events and classes may be recorded or photographed in public or group settings and that you have no expectation of privacy regarding such recordings.

Release of Liability

You hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Meeyogi, its owners, contractors, employees and representatives from any claims related to the use of photos, videos or recordings, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation or misrepresentation.

Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to being photographed or recorded.

By attending or participating in Meeyogi offerings, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Photo & Video Release and agree to its terms.
