In a culture that rewards overworking and self-abandonment, Meeyogi offers an alternative: nervous-system-centered yoga, meditation, sound healing, and embodied practices designed to support rest, regulation, and self-trust.
We don’t believe in forcing poses or bypassing emotions. We believe in listening to the body’s signals and honoring its pace.
