Meeyogi is a wellness consulting and programming company focused on preventative health, mental and emotional wellbeing, and sustainable care systems. We partner with organizations, nonprofits, and community-based institutions to move wellness beyond reactive solutions and toward long-term support for people operating under chronic stress.
Founded by wellness strategist Mya Cato, Meeyogi was created in response to a growing gap between wellness as an individual responsibility and the structural conditions that shape health, burnout, and capacity. Our work centers early intervention by supporting individuals and communities before stress becomes crisis.
Our Approach
At Meeyogi, we believe wellbeing should be preventative, not performative and grounded in lived experience and evidence-informed practice. Our programs draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-aware frameworks, while remaining practical and adaptable to real-world environments. We believe rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement. We believe yoga is not a performance. It’s a relationship. We believe healing comes from listening. From slowing down. From safety. We believe culture, ancestry and lived experience matter in healing spaces. We believe breath is medicine, stillness is information and softness is a skill that can be learned.
