Flow & Chill is a weekly gathering where mindful movement meets real-life decompression. We’ll move through accessible yoga poses, sync breath with the body, explore grounding breathwork and land in meditation. No spiritual performance. Just a space to be present and just be you.
Each week brings a slightly different flavor. Some flows may feel juicy and slow, others might feel rhythmic and energizing but the intention stays the same. Let’s connect, reconnect, regulate and restore. Come as you are. Bring your family and your friends. Pay what you can.
