  • Exploring specific asanas (poses) to deepen a current practice
  • Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space
  • Deepening meditation practice
  • Preparing for childbirth

Group Yoga is perfect for friends, coworkers or family to enjoy a private session that is personally developed to meet the desires of a small group. It is perfect for pre-wedding day activities, retreats, corporate wellness events or youth summer programs. Sessions are tailored based on experience and comfort levels.
